The automatic firmware update is not working and there is a corresponding error message. | The Sunny Home Manager may not be able to establish a connection to the SMA Update Portal because there is a proxy server in your network. Corrective measures:

New firmware is not updated. | The firmware update is always a 2-step process. First, it is downloaded and installed. At this point, the message "Update successful..." already appears. The update is only active after a reboot, which the Sunny Home Manager performs the night after the update. Corrective measures:

Device updates are not being loaded. | Some devices can only get their update directly since the update file is too large. Corrective measures:

Restarting the Sunny Home Manager does not work. | It is possible that the device cannot be accessed. Corrective measures:

Sunny Portal is not showing any weather forecast in the diagram Forecast and recommended action. | It can take up to 24 hours after the Sunny Home Manager has been initially registered in Sunny Portal until the weather forecast is displayed. Corrective measures:

The animated graphic on the page Current status and Forecast is not displaying any current data. | The reception of current data from the Sunny Home Manager is only possible if the data request interval is set to Automatic. Corrective measures:
