Procedure in Case of Forgotten Passwords

Sunny Portal Password Forgotten

  1. Go to www.sunnyportal.com.
  2. In the Login area, click on the Forgotten password link.
  3. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail field.
  4. Click on [Next].
  5. You will receive an e-mail with a link that you have to activate within 24 h.
  6. Click on the link and enter a New Password in the window that opens, repeat this entry to confirm and click on [Save].

System Password Forgotten

Activate each device with a personal unlocking key (PUK).
