Reassigning the Sunny Home Manager to the Sunny Portal System after the Reset


If you have performed a complete reset of the Sunny Home Manager, you must reassign the Sunny Home Manager to your Sunny Home Manager system in Sunny Portal. Otherwise, Sunny Portal will not accept any data from the Sunny Home Manager.

When you log in the portal after resetting the Sunny Home Manager, a notice is shown automatically stating that the Sunny Home Manager has been reset. You will be asked whether you want to reassign the Sunny Home Manager to the system.

Procedure:

  1. Go to www.sunnyportal.com
  2. Enter the e-mail address and the Sunny Portal password in the fields E-mail address and Password.
  3. Select [Login].
  4. The Sunny Portal system opens. If the e-mail address is stored in several Sunny Portal systems, the system must be selected form the system list.
  5. A message appears whether to reassign the Sunny Home Manager to the system or to delete it.
  6. Reassign the Sunny Home Manager to the system.
