Filter and confirm messages in the system logbook
In the upper area of the page PV system logbook there are different fields to filter the messages that are listed in the following table. This filtering only allows you to call up certain messages.
You can confirm messages in order to mark them as read. This will help you to differentiate between old and new messages.
Filtering Messages:
- Select PV System Logbook in the page and menu selection.
- To filter messages, set one or more of the following filters:
Input field or drop-down list | Explanation |

Go to | The date for the current day is preset. With the arrows on the left and right you can go back any number of days or proceed again. In the table in the column Time all messages up to and including this day are shown. |
Type | The following message types are available:
To display messages of a specific type, activate the appropriate checkbox(es). The desired messages are displayed in the column Type with the respective symbol and further explained in the column Description. |
Status | In the drop-down menu you can either call up all messages or just the ones that are new or that you already read:
In the table, the status is displayed in the Confirmed column with the corresponding symbol. |
System/Devices | The portal, the system and all devices of your system are listed in the drop-down list.
The selected product can be found in the column PV system/Devices in the table. |
Confirming messages:
Requirement:
You must have the user role Installer or PV System Administrator ( > User Groups and User Rights).
- To confirm individual messages, select in the required message line and the column Confirmed.
- To confirm all messages check the checkbox Confirm all above the table.
