Logging In and Out of Sunny Portal
Logging into Sunny Portal
Requirement:
A Sunny Portal user account must already exist.
Procedure:
- Go to www.sunnyportal.com.
- In the Login area, enter the e-mail address in the field E-mail.
- Enter the Sunny Portal password in the field Password.
- Activate the checkbox Remain logged in to stay logged in for your next Sunny Portal visits. This way, you stay logged into Sunny Portal until you log out via the user interface.
- Select [Login].
Public or shared computers
If you are using a public computer or are sharing yours with other people, deactivate the Remain logged in function. Other people could call up your data in Sunny Portal.
Logging out of Sunny Portal
When you log out of Sunny Portal user interface, your PV system will be protected against unauthorized access. The function [Remain logged in] is reset in this case.
Logging out of Sunny Portal
Procedure:
Select the user name in the header of the user interface and select [Logout].
