SMA Smart Connected is a service free of charge from SMA Solar Technology AG that offers the following:

• Automatic inverter monitoring - your inverters are continuously checked for anomalies and errors.

• Automatic proactive notification in the event of a fault - following fault diagnosis and analysis you will be notified immediately via e-mail.

• Automatic replacement process - if the inverter has to be replaced, you will quickly receive a free replacement device.

In order to be able to participate in the Smart Connected program, you must give your approval.
