Create quotation

Once you have entered all the profitability information, you can have an automatic quotation calculated on the Analyze Profitability project page. For this, the customer data of the project are used as well as the texts for introduction and conclusion of the quotation entered at My Sunny Design > Settings > Quotations. These texts cannot be adapted to the individual quotations.
The quotation contains the customer's address, the quotation number, a project cost overview, the standardized texts and a field for your signature.

Prerequisite:

  • You must have opened a project and planned it up to the page Analyze Profitability.

Procedure:

  1. Determine the planned project costs by using the detailed costs entry.
  2. On the project page Analyze profitability in the "Costs" area in the "Detailed costs entry", enter the number of the quotation intended for the customer in the field Quotation no..
  3. Click on the button [Create quotation] to have the quotation form generated.
  • The quotation will be created as a PDF file and downloaded to your computer.
