Make settings for the design

  1. In the header, open the menu My Sunny Design > Settings.
  2. The Settings window will open.
  3. Select the Design menu.
  4. To change the power ratio used, select the ratio you want under Power ratio used.
  5. If necessary, under Calculating and assessing suggested designs, select the required method from the drop-down list Method for calculating suggested designs.
  6. If necessary, under Calculating and assessing suggested designs, set the portion of inverters in the total investment costs in the field Portion of the inverters on the investment costs. The portion can be between 0% and 20%.
  7. To change the minimum cross-section for cable sizing, make the required settings under Minimum cross-section for cable sizing.
  8. To adjust the inverter filter settings, adjust the settings for the design recommendation under Setpoint for inverter filter.
