Creating texts for quotations

In the menu My Sunny Design > Settings > Quotations, you can enter the standard texts for the tendering and conclusion of quotations. In addition to the customer's address and the information from the profitability analysis, the texts are added to the quotation and cannot be adapted subsequently for the individual quotations.

Procedure:

  1. In the header, open the menu My Sunny Design > Settings.
  2. The Settings window will open.
  3. Select the menu Quotations.
  4. Enter the desired tendering text of the quotation in the tab Introduction text. There are several formatting options here.
  5. Enter the desired concluding text on the page Concluding text. There are several formatting options here.
