For PV hybrid systems: Configuring gensets

Prerequisite:

  • You must have opened a PV hybrid system project and planned it up to the page Gensets.

Procedure:

  1. To adjust the parameters of a genset, select any field in the row of the required genset.
  2. The Genset dialog box will open.
  3. If desired, change the name of the genset in the Name field.
  4. Select the fuel for the genset from the drop-down list Fuel.
  5. If required, change the other settings for the genset.
  6. Click on [OK].
  7. To add additional gensets, click on the button [Add genset].
  8. To delete a genset, select the trash can symbol in the row of the genset to be deleted. At least one genset must remain permanently present and cannot be deleted.
  9. In the Details area, check whether the gensets can provide sufficient power for the load profile previously selected.
