Importing project data into Sunny Design

You can import your own PV modules and locations as well as project data of other users into Sunny Design. The relevant data must first be saved in the database files.

Information: Own locations and own PV modules are automatically designated with a * symbol in Sunny Design.

Requirements:

• The database file must not have been imported into Sunny Design previously.

• The database file must be available in one of the following file formats:

  • Project files: ".sdpa", ".sdp2", ".sdp3"

  • Own PV modules and own locations: ".sdud"

• The country of the location to be imported must be available in the country list.
