Sunny Design Pro: Configuring the Cooling Energy Demand

Here you define the cooling energy demand of the building.

Requirement:

  • You must have opened an energy system project and planned it up to the project page Energy system.

  • On the project page Define scenario, the Heat pump option must be enabled.

  • The Heating + cooling option must be activated when configuring the heat pump.

Procedure:

  1. Select the [COOLING] button.
  2. The Cooling dialog window opens.
  3. Make the desired changes in the Cooling energy demand tab.
  4. Make the desired changes in the tab Energy consumption and costs (before). To copy the cooling energy demand from the information provided under the tab Cooling energy demand, enable the checkbox such as cooling energy demand.
  5. To calculate the energy consumption according to the defined purchasing tariff, select the option Calculation using purchasing tariff.
  6. Click on [Accept changes].
