Creating and managing own templates


In the menu My Sunny Design > Own cost items and templates, you can create your own templates from the defined cost items. These templates can be used for efficiency analysis.

Procedure:

  1. In the header, select the menu My Sunny Design > Own cost items and templates.
  2. The Own cost items and templates dialog box will open.
  3. Select the Templates tab.
  4. To create a new template, select [Add new template].
  5. The Cost item dialog box will open.
  6. Enter the name of the template.
  7. Select the required cost items one after the other and add them to the template by clicking on [+].
  8. To change the sequence of cost items in a category, select a cost item of the category to be changed and move it in the list by clicking on the appropriate buttons.
  9. To remove cost items from the template again, select the respective cost item and remove it from the template by clicking on [-].
  10. Click on [OK] to save the template.
  11. To edit existing templates, open the context menu via left-click, select Edit and edit the entries.
  12. To delete existing templates, open the context menu via left-click and select Delete.
