Installing the Battery Management System (APU)

  1. Use a 10 mm AF torque wrench to fasten the grounding cable to the ground connection with a tightening torque of 6 Nm.
  2. Place the APU into the slide rail and fasten the M6x16 pan-head screws (crosshead) with plastic washers on the pre-installed cage nuts.
  3. Connect the communication cables from the APU to the first battery module and to the inverter if necessary.
  4. Connect the DC lines from the APU to the first and last battery module and to the inverter.
  5. Install the external switch line between the APU and the battery cabinet (external switch).
