Fan Control based on the Battery Module Operating Temperature

Each battery module has multiple temperature sensors, which permanently monitor the battery module temperature. The battery module fan starts and stops as a function of the measured temperatures:

• The fan in the battery module switches on above an operating temperature of 33°C.

• The fan in the battery module switches off above an operating temperature of 29°C.

The temperatures in the battery modules are highly dependent on the ambient temperature.
