Documenting the System Status

Qualified person

Documenting the system status helps Service and may be requested if an error diagnosis is required.

Requirements:

  • A mobile end device (e.g., laptop) must be available.

  • The BatMon battery monitoring software must be open and you must be logged in.

Procedure:

  1. Read the current measured values on the energy meters.
  2. Document the charging capacity (Charge) and discharging capacity (Discharge).
  3. Using the BatMon battery monitoring software, read the current values of the parameters A_EOL_COUNT / A_Contactor_Count / A_Contactor_Count_OC and document them.
  4. Using the BatMon battery monitoring software, read the status of the battery modules at module level.
  5. Document the status of the battery modules at module level with screenshots.
  6. Using the BatMon battery monitoring software, document the current state of charge, state of health, cell voltage, and temperature.
  7. If the current state of charge, state of health, cell voltage, or temperature are not as expected, decommission the system and contact Service.
  8. Using the BatMon battery monitoring software, save the event messages displayed by the battery.
