Cleaning and Maintaining the Battery Modules

Qualified person

  1. Disconnect the battery and inverter from voltage sources ( > Disconnecting from voltage sources).
  2. Check the battery modules for any damage such as scratches, dents, or corrosion damage.
  3. Ensure that the connectors of all DC cables and all communication cables on the battery modules are tight.
  4. Remove all dirt (e.g., foreign objects) between the battery modules.
  5. Clean the battery modules with a dry cloth.
  6. Clean the battery module fan with a soft brush, a paint brush, or a dry cloth.
  7. Document all inspection results.
