Cleaning and Maintaining the Battery Cabinet

- Disconnect the battery and inverter from voltage sources ( > Disconnecting from voltage sources).
- Ensure that the front of the battery cabinet is not obstructed.
- Ensure that the ventilation slots in the battery cabinet are unobstructed.
- Check the battery cabinet enclosure for any damage such as scratches, dents, or corrosion damage.
- If the battery cabinet enclosure exhibits damage, contact Service.
- Spray all moving parts of the latch with a suitable, water-free lubricant.
- Spray all moving parts of the door hinges with a suitable, water-free lubricant.
- Ensure that the battery cabinet ground is firmly tightened (hexagon socket, AF13, tightening torque: 8 Nm).
- Document all inspection results.
