Explanation:

The update file could not be copied to the internal memory of the product. In the event of a connection to the product via Wi-Fi, poor connection quality may be the cause.

Corrective measures:

  • Retry update.

  • For Wi-Fi connection: Improve the Wi-Fi connection quality (e.g., via Wi-Fi repeater) or establish connection with the product via Ethernet.

  • If this message is displayed again, contact the Service.
