Setting the Subordinate Device (Slave) for Load Management
Requirements:
The user interface must be open and you must be logged in.
Procedure:
- In the navigation area, select [Load management].
- Under [Dynamic load management] > Dynamic load management - DLM Master/Slave, select the value [DLM-Slave (Master-Auto-Discovery)] if you are using dynamic IP addresses, or [DLM-Slave (Master-Fixed-IP)] if you are using fixed IP addresses.
- To establish a connection between the main device (master) and the subordinate device (slave), the devices must have an identical network ID. Enter the value under DLM network ID.
- If you are using fixed IP addresses, enter the IP address and port of the main device (master) under IP address and port of the DLM master.
- Under Minimum current limit value [A], enter the value that must not be undercut so that the vehicle can be charged (depending on the vehicle type).
- Under Current limitation [A] in case of connection failure, enter the value that should continue to be available to charge the vehicle in the event of a connection failure between the higher-level device (master) and lower-level device (slave).
- Click on [Save] to save the changes and [Restart].
