Register as a new user in the eMobility Portal

You cannot log in with an existing Sunny Portal or Sunny Design user account.

You have two options for creating a user account in the eMobility portal. A user account can be assigned to several charging stations.

  • Via the home page of the eMobility Portal under [Registration]. Upon successful registration, you will be authorized as an Account Admin User Roles and User Rights.

  • Via the web form (as described below).

Requirements:

  • A smart end device (e.g. laptop or tablet PC) must be available.

  • An active Internet connection must be established.

Procedure:

  1. Call up the product page of the SMA Commercial eMobility Solution in the web browser at www.SMA-Solar.com.
  2. Fill out the web form and send it to onboarding-emobility@sma.de.
  3. After activation by SMA Service, you will receive confirmation by e-mail within 48 to 72 hours.
  4. If you have not received an e-mail from eMobility Portal, check whether the e-mail has been redirected to a folder for junk mail or whether an incorrect e-mail address has been entered.
  5. Follow the confirmation link in the e-mail within 48 hours.
  6. eMobility Portal opens a separate window to confirm successful registration.
  7. Call up the Internet address www.emobility.sma.de in the web browser.
  8. Enter the e-mail address and the eMobility Portal password in the fields User and Password.
  9. Select [Log in].

    Log in to eMobility Portal as an existing user
