Signal cable requirements

The cable length and quality affect the quality of the signal. Observe the following cable requirements:

• Conductor cross-section: from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm²

• External outer diameter: max. 8 mm

• Maximum cable length: 200 m

• Insulation stripping length: 6 mm

• Sheath stripping length: 150 mm

• UV-resistant for outdoor use

• The cable type and cable-laying method must be appropriate for the application and location.
