Control Failure in Battery Pack #X Contactor
Explanation:
During the control of the switching operation (Close/Open), the system did not receive the correct status feedback signal from the main contactor or pre-charge contactor of battery module X# within the specified time, resulting in a failure of the control process. The system subsequently entered an error state.
Corrective measures:
First, execute a stop command via the system interface to ensure that the module affected and the entire system are in a safe state.
Control circuit check: Measure the voltage at the contactor coil and check the control relay and the cabling.
Feedback circuit check: Ensure that the auxiliary contact used for status feedback and the corresponding cabling are functioning correctly.
Repair the cabling or replace the defective contactor / feedback part. After the repair, try to actuate the contactor from the system again to ensure that both its function and the feedback signal are back to normal.
The error will be automatically reset as soon as the contactor has performed a correct action successfully.
