Detected Abnormal Battery Group Contactor Variation in Battery Stack
Explanation:
The system has detected that a battery module in the battery pack has reported an error due to an irregularity in the contactor status. This alarm is a system-level summary indicating that the actual state of a contactor does not match the system command. The system subsequently entered an error protection state.
Corrective measures:
Using the event list, determine which battery module triggered the event message.
Perform troubleshooting on the battery module identified for the respective contactor error code (e.g. 5129) in accordance with the manual. This generally includes checking the contactor's feedback contacts, the control circuit, and the mechanical condition of the module.
Once the issue regarding the battery module contactor status discrepancy is resolved, its specific sub-error (e.g. 5129) will be reset. Once the contactor status for all battery modules returns to normal (i.e., matches the commands), this system-level collective alarm will be automatically reset.
