Carry out reset

If the listed corrective measures do not resolve the issue, resetting the product may help correct a wide range of errors.

Procedure:

  1. Press the reset button for 15 to 20 seconds, to reset the product to the default settings.
  2. Remove the power supply unit from the socket to interrupt voltage supply.
  3. Reinsert the power supply unit.
  4. Commission the product.
