Event message:

  • Battery issuing pre-charge error

Explanation:

The battery voltage is too low during the precharge phase.

LED signal on battery module:

The 6th LED is glowing red

Corrective measures:

  • Switch off the DC circuit-breaker on the BMS unit.

  • Stop and then restart the inverter.

  • Wait a few seconds.

  • Switch the DC circuit-breaker on the BMS unit back on.

  • Check the DC cables and ensure that there is not a reverse polarity error

  • If the error persists, contact Service.
