Connecting the Inverter to the Utility Grid
Requirements:
The connection requirements of the grid operator must be met.
The grid voltage must be within the permissible range. The exact operating range of the inverter is specified in the operating parameters.
Procedure:
- Disconnect the AC miniature circuit breaker from all 3 line conductors and secure against reconnection.
- Ensure that the DC load-break switch has been switched off and secured against reconnection.
- Ensure that the battery is switched off.
- Unscrew the union nut of the AC connector.
- Remove the sealing rings from the AC connector.
- Pull the terminal out of the connector enclosure using the locking lever.
- Insert the appropriate sealing ring based on the cable diameter.
- Route the AC cable through the union nut, sealing ring, and connector enclosure.
- Dismantle the AC cable (60 mm).
- Strip off the insulation of L1, L2, L3, N, and PE (16 mm).
- Insert the conductors L1, L2, L3, N, and PE into the terminal according to the labeling and tighten the terminal screws using the supplied tool (tightening torque: 2 Nm).
- Ensure that the conductors are correctly assigned and firmly seated in the terminal.
- Insert the terminal into the connector enclosure. The terminal must snap audibly into place.
- Tighten the swivel nut on the connector enclosure.
- Remove the protective cap from the AC GRID socket.
- Insert the AC connector into the AC GRID socket. The AC connector must snap audibly into place.
