Principle of a multicluster system
Multicluster systems consist of several three-phase clusters. The individual clusters must be connected to a Multicluster-Box. The Multicluster-Box is a feature of the SMA multicluster technology for off-grid systems and battery-backup systems.
The Multicluster-Box is a main AC distribution board to which up to twelve clusters can be connected. Only device types with the same output power may be installed in a cluster ( > Further Information on Clusters).
