Disassembling the air inlet grid of the inverter

Requirements:

  • At least 2 people are available for disassembling the air inlet grid.

Procedure:

  1. Ensure that no voltage is present on all poles on the medium-voltage side (see manual of the inverter or MV Power Station).

  2. On the AC side of the inverter remove the 2 screws on the cover of the air inlet and dispose of them (hex socket AF4).

  3. Remove the 4 hinges on the top edge of the air inlet (offset box or open-end wrench AF13), take off the air inlet and dispose of it. Take the weight of the air inlet into account and ensure that all 4 nuts, silicone washers and washers are removed from the inverter.

  4. Remove the 2 bolts securing the cover of the air inlet and dispose of them.

  5. Remove the support brackets from the inverter (TX30) and dispose of them.
