Mounting the service covers
Required mounting material (from the previous disassembly):
2 service covers
20 screws M6
20 washers M6
Procedure:
- Secure 1 screw with washer each on the bottom corners of the service openings in the air duct. The screws should be screwed in 2 to 3 turns each so that the service cover can be moved.
- Align the service cover with the slotted openings on the screws and lower it onto the screws.
- Attach the service covers to the air duct using the previously removed screws (TX30, tightening torque: 6 Nm (53 in-lb)).
- Tighten the screws at the bottom corners (TX30, tightening torque: 6 Nm (53 in-lb)).
- Mount the side cover ( > Mounting the side cover).
