Ending Active Session

If a charging process has been completed on the vehicle but the charging process is still displayed as active in the eMobility Portal, it can be ended via the eMobility Portal.

Procedure:

  1. Select your location under My locations.
  2. In the context menu, select Sessions.

  3. Select [More] under Actions and actively end the session.
