Billing with SMA RFID cards for private use and with roaming cards for commercial use

Create an access group for private use. You can now assign RFID tags to the access group and store them with the respective charging stations.

To evaluate the private charging processes, go to Locations > Sessions > Export. You can then filter all charging events in the exported Excel file by "accessGroupName" or "accessGroupMemberName".

For commercial use, you use the roaming cards of your eMSP provider (e.g. Shell Recharge, EFlux, etc.) for charging.

To enable roaming, on the user interface go to Locations > Location > Configuration > Settings and enable Allow charging from other networks (roaming) and set a price for charging. This setting has to be made for each charging station.

If you want the charging station to be shown in the apps of the eMSP providers, you must make the location public ( > Making Location Public).

The billing for commercial use is processed automatically, and at the end of the month you will receive a refund invoice with the charged energy costs credited to your account.
