My Ad Hoc costs

In the menu under Ad Hoc Costs, the costs for the charging point operator (CPO) are displayed when an end customer pays for the charging process at the charging station using the Scan2Pay function.

• Detailed information on the costs is displayed under the Payment ID.

• The total invoiced charging quantity in € (euros) is shown under Amount.

• The respective amount incurred by the CPO is displayed under Fee.

• Under Created, you can see when the transaction was completed and what costs were incurred. The costs are displayed with and without VAT.

Note: Fees apply when paying with QR codes. This function can be activated or deactivated in the user interface of the charging station (see the manual of the charging station).
