Activating of the Rapid Shutdown DC discharge function

The DC discharge function should be activated if an additional DC switch-disconnector between the inverter and the PV array is available. The additional DC switch-disconnector disconnects the PV array in the case of a rapid shutdown.

The basic procedure for changing operating parameters is explained in another section ( > Changing Operating Parameters).

Procedure:

  • Set the parameter Rapid Shutdown Mode or Op.RssOpMode to On.
