Preparing for mounting and connection

Danger to life due to electric shock when live cables are touched
High voltages are present on the AC and DC cables. Touching live cables results in death or lethal injuries due to electric shock.
- Do not touch non-insulated parts or cables.
- Disconnect the AC circuit breaker and secure it against reconnection.
- Disconnect the battery from the inverter via the load-break switch of the battery fuse. To do this, turn off the load-break switch of the battery fuse and secure against reconnection.
- Wear suitable personal protective equipment for all work on the product.
Additionally required mounting material (not included in the scope of delivery):
At least 4 screws that are suitable for the support surface.
At least 4 washers that are suitable for the screws.
At least 4 screw anchors that are suitable for the support surface and the screws.
Procedure:
- Mark the position of the drill holes using the wall mounting bracket.
- Drill the holes and insert the screw anchors.
- Secure the wall mounting bracket horizontally on the wall using screws and washers.
- Hang the mounting template in the wall mounting bracket.
- Align the cables by means of the mounting template and shorten if necessary. Take the product depth and the depth of the wall mounting bracket of a total of 495 mm into account.
- Ensure on the connection plate that the seal is present and undamaged.
- Thread the swivel nuts of the cable glands over the cables.
- Attach the cable glands to the connecting plate.
- Lead the cables through the cable glands in the connecting plate and align the connecting plate by means of the mounting template.
- Remove the mounting template.
- Mount the product ( > Mounting the Inverter).
