Starting the Installation Assistant

Qualified person

The installation assistant guides you step-by-step through the initial configuration of the product.

Requirements:

  • The personal SMA Grid Guard code of the Installer must be available for the changing of grid-relevant settings after completion of the first 10 operating hours or of the installation assistant. You can request the SMA Grid Guard code via the Online Service Center.

  • You are logged in on the user interface as Installer.

Procedure:

  1. Select the menu User settings on the home page of the user interface.
  2. In the context menu, select [Starting the installation assistant].
  • The installation assistant will open.
