Creating a New Modbus Client Profile
Requirements:
The user interface must be open and you must be logged in as Installer.
Procedure:
- Select the system in the focus navigation.
- Select the menu item Device administration in the Configuration menu.
- Select the button.
- Select Modbus devices and confirm with [Next].
- Select Manage Modbus profiles.
- Select Create a new Modbus profile.
- Fill out the entry fields and select [Save]. The device type and the mapping template, for example, specify the required Modbus registers.
