Configuration of virtual loads

A virtual load uses the energy and power values of an energy meter. For this purpose, an energy meter that has not yet been assigned must be assigned to the virtual load.

Requirements:

  • A measuring/switching device (e.g., energy meter) must be configured.

  • All devices in the local network must be in operation and connected to the Sunny Portal via an Internet router.

Procedure:

  1. Log into Sunny Portal.
  2. Select system.
  3. Select the menu Configuration.
  4. Select [Device administration] in the context menu.
  5. Open the context menu of the measuring/switching device via the button .
  6. Select [Configure as load].
  7. Select the energy consumer and confirm with [Next].
  8. Enter the energy generator's data.
  9. Click on [Save].
  10. The configuration is now complete.
