Canceling SMA Premium

Requirements:

  • The role System owner has been assigned to you.

Procedure:

  1. Go to [Digital products] via [Configuration].
  2. View the status of your SMA Premium subscription via [Manage subscription].
  3. Open the active subscription under Active subscriptions.
  4. Follow the instructions on the interface.
  5. Alternatively, call up the SMA ID account at https://account.sma.energy/ and go to [My subscriptions] to manage SMA Premium.
