Disassembling the Inverter

Injuries may result if the product is lifted incorrectly or dropped while being transported or mounted.
- Always have two persons mount and disassemble the product.
- Wear suitable personal protective equipment for all work on the product.
Requirements:
- Original packaging or packaging suitable for the weight and dimensions of the product must be available.
- A pallet must be available.
- Mounting material for attaching the packaging on the pallet must be available (e.g., tie-down straps).
- All transport handles must be in place.
Procedure:
- Remove the inverter from the mounting bracket by unscrewing the screw (M6x14, tightening torque: 3 Nm).
- Screw the transport handles as far as they will go into the tapped holes on the right- and left-hand side until they lie flush with the enclosure. When doing so, ensure that the carrying handles are screwed into the threaded holes so that they are perfectly straight.
- Unhook the inverter from the mounting bracket.
- If the inverter is to be stored or shipped, pack the inverter, the AC connectors, the DC connectors, the antenna, the RJ45 protective sleeve, the battery connection cables, the connector for connecting the battery communication and the digital inputs and outputs, and the mounting bracket. Use the original packaging or packaging that is suitable for the weight and dimensions of the inverter.
- Dispose of the inverter in accordance with the locally applicable disposal regulations for electronic waste ( > Disposal).
