Compatible subordinate devices of older generations

In systems with a System Manager, various subordinate devices from SMA, among others, can be integrated into the energy management system. In this case, communication is via SMA-specific interfaces and protocols.

The subordinate devices make measured values and operating states available to the System Manager and can be controlled centrally by it. This enables the coordinated operation of the entire system and ensures the implementation of superordinate control and energy management functions.

In addition to all products powered by ennexOS and subject to certain limitations, subordinate devices from older inverter generations, among others, can be integrated into systems equipped with a System Manager and with SMA Premium enabled (see technical information "Compatibility of SMA Devices").
