Defining Driving Profile
For self-consumption projects, driving profiles can be added on the page Load profile under Electric vehicle ( > Defining Load Profiles).
For energy-system projects, charging stations and electric vehicles are added on the page Energy system ( > Energy System).
Procedure:
- To use an existing standard template, click on [Select template].
- To define a new driving profile, enter the profile name in the field Driving profile.
- To save an adjusted profile as a template, click on [Save as template]. Thus, this profile can be used with other projects.
- To define e-mobility including known consumption behavior, define the charging stations in the Charging station area and select the right charging stations from the drop-down list.
- If the required charging station is not available, click on [New charging station] to configure it ( > Creating and Managing Your Own Charging Stations).
- To subsequently change your selected charging station, click on to configure it ( > Creating and Managing Your Own Charging Stations).
- Select the right electric vehicle from the drop-down list under Vehicle type.
- If the required electric vehicle is not available in the drop-down list, click on [New electric vehicle] to configure it ( > Adding and Managing Charging Stations).
- To subsequently change your selected electric vehicle, click on to configure it ( > Adding and Managing Electric Vehicles).
- To define the time window for the different uses of the electric vehicle or charging station, click on the required time window. You can also click on [+ New time period] to define the time window ( > Defining Time Windows).
- If at least one time window is defined for Driving in the usage profile, adjust the data in the field Average mileage per day.
- Click on under Absences to add absences of more than 24 hours or to delete past absences ( > Defining Absences).
